The developer is an important player in the Miami real estate market, catering to high-income prospects looking for apartments, houses, condos or offices.
Fractal took responsibility of their sales efforts, conducting a comprehensive audit aimed at boosting unit sales and upgrading the developer´s digital transition. We discovered significant SEO setup errors and web performance bugs that were syphoning off over 40% of valuable web traffic, and uncovered hidden potential.
Following the audit, the business expanded the relationship to include a comprehensive website makeover, with a focus on SEO and UX optimization. A new Media and Data strategy was developed from the bottom up, with the goal of transforming their digital presence.
Improved SEO and UX propelled the developer´s website to new heights of effectiveness, while the Media and Data strategy laid the groundwork for future expansion. They changed the real estate game by attracting high-income buyers with a seamless and attractive online experience.

Our audit identified SEO and web performance issues, recovering 40% of lost traffic for the developer´s business. It was detected that the point of greatest impact to be improved was the loading of the site. The work on speed optimization resulted in a 73% reduction in the average load time, which improved the conversion rate by 187%.
